THE HEART IS PART OF YOU
心是你的一部份
Within you is magic. Within you, the dance of life is unfolding. Within you, a beautiful play is unfolding. Do you want to witness it? Do you want to see it? Do you want to understand what you have been given? Not what you have created, but what you have been given?你內在，有一份神奇。你內在，生命之舞正在展現。你內在，有一齣美妙的戲正在上演。你想親眼目睹嗎？你想看嗎？你想明白上天給了你什麼嗎？不是你創造的東西，而是上天賜予你的。
There’s a beautiful Chinese saying: “It’s good intelligence to know your friends, but it is true wisdom to know yourself.” Thousands of miles away, a Greek philosopher said, “Know thyself.” And in India, someone said, “What you are looking for is within you.”
中國人有句很美的話說：「知人者智，自知者明」。相距千里之遙，有位希臘的哲學家也說：「認識你自己」。同樣，在印度也有人說：「你正在尋找的，就在你內在。」
Is this an accident? Today, we hear somebody say, “What you are looking for — the true beauty, the pure joy — is within you.” And people say, “Very wise. Very good.” And then . . . nothing.
這是巧合嗎？今天，我們聽到有人說：「你正在尋找的真美、純然的喜悅，就存於你內在。」人們會說：「真是智慧之言啊，說得好。」除此之外，沒有別的反應。
Why not find out what is within you? Why not get in touch with the perfection that is within you? Why not understand what your heart is trying to say to you? The heart is a part of you.何不去探尋你內在有什麼？何不去接觸你內在那份完美？何不去瞭解你的心試著要跟你講的話？這顆心，是你的一部份。
Would it be comfortable for you if somebody tied up one of your legs and said, “You cannot use that leg — you can only use the other one”? You would have to hop everywhere. Then why do we ignore our inner self and only try to do what the outer self wants? That inner self is a part of us. And if we have not heard its simple request, then we have not heard the whole story of our life.
若有人把你其中一隻腳綁起來，告訴你「你不能用這隻腳，只能用另一隻」，你會舒服嗎？不管你去哪裡都得用跳的。那麼，我們為何要忽視內在的自我，只去做外在的自我想要的呢？內在的自我是我們的一部份。我們若沒有聆聽內在簡單的請求，那麼，我們並沒有聽到自己一生的整個故事。
