「單純」這份喜悅

What I have to say to you: that, life is simple.What I have to say to you, is this existence should be simple. What I have to say to you is, God is simple. What I have to say to you—that the true love is simple. That, all things that are good—good in you, good about you, and good around you—are simple.

我要對你們說的是：生命是單純的。我要對你們說的是：這份存在應該是單純的。我要對你們說的是：神是單純的。我要對你們說的是：真愛是單純的。所有你內在的美好，所有你的美好，以及你周遭的美好，都是單純的。

the joy that you have in you needs to be honored. The love—not the love that’s mixed up with lust, but the love which expresses itself in kindness, in gratitude, that expresses itself in understanding—this love that you have in you, needs to be honored. And indeed, the God that is within you also needs to be honored. And the greatest of all gifts, the blessing of all blessings, the kindness of all kindnesses, the most subtle, most beautiful—this breath needs to be honored. Honored.

在你內在的喜悅，需要得到尊重。愛，不是與情慾混淆的愛。而是以仁慈、感激，表達出來的愛。以明白表達出來的愛。你內在擁有的愛，需要得到尊重。真的，在你內在的神也需要得到尊重。所有禮物中至上的禮物所有賜福中至上的賜福。所有仁慈中至上的仁慈。最細緻的、最美妙的。這口氣是需要得到尊重的。需要得到尊重的。

Now, what does honor mean? To recognize for what it is worth. To honor, to respect, to acknowledge these most magnificent, but the simplest of things in your life. You acknowledge everybody else. You acknowledge everything else. You honor everything else. You honor those things that don’t honor you. And what happens when you honor this God in you? Amazing thing happens. The God, in return, honors you. And the homage that is paid to you is called peace.

那麼「尊重」是什麽意思？認同它的價值。對生命中最單純卻也是絕妙無比的東西。表達尊重、尊敬和致意。你對其他人致意，你向其他東西致意。你尊重其他東西。你 尊重那些不尊重你的東西。當你尊重你內在的神時，會怎樣呢？奇妙的事情會發生。神會反過來尊重你。而「和平」，就是對你表達的敬意。

Peace: that’s your reward. It is called joy; that is the reward. It is called understanding; that is the reward. You think joy grows on some tree? You have the potential of understanding that joy inside of you.

和平：就是給你的回報。所謂「喜悅」就是給你的回報。所謂「明白」就是給你的回報。你以為「喜悅」是生長在樹上嗎？你有潛力去明白你內在的喜悅。

The clarity is the reward that you are given because you honored this breath. And in return, this breath brings you peace. Singularity, not duality. This is how simple it is.

你因為尊重這一口氣，而獲得「清楚」這份回報。你所得到的回饋，是這口氣帶給你和平。是合一的，不是對立的。就是這麽單純。

Existence is Your Home

這份存在就是你的家

So,why am I talking about home? Because this, this existence is your home. And it is incumbent upon you to make this home as comfortable as possible. As peaceful as possible. As beautiful as possible, as real as possible. Because this, in this home, the truest nurturing takes place. In this home, good things happen and bad things happen, but you have to make sure that the good things count. To nurture them. To bring forward the true joy that this home can offer. That’s why I am talking about home.

我為什麼談到家呢? 因為，這份存在就是你的家。在於你要不要讓這個家盡可能的舒適。盡可能的和平，盡可能的美麗，盡可能的真實。因為在這個家裡，才有真正的滋養。在這個家裡，好事發生，壞事發生，但你必須確保好事受到重視。要滋養它。要把這個家所能提供的真正喜悅帶出來。那就是為何我談到家。

And I want your home to be the most beautiful home. The most beautiful home. Not comparatively. You don’t go compare, “Is my home better than your home?” No. Not comparatively; but best for you. Best for you. That you have no qualms living in this home. That you have no objections living in this home. And that when you are at home, you really feel at home; and fortunate to have a home as such. And in this home, find the spark of the Divine and make that your companion. Make that your companion.

我要你的家是最美的家。最美的家。不是去比較「我家有比你家好嗎? 」不，不是。而是對你是最好的。對你是最好的。你住在這個家裡沒有疑慮。你不排斥住在這個家裡。當你在家裡時，你感到自在。很幸運的能夠有個像這樣的家。在這個家裡，找到神聖的火花，讓它成為你的伙伴。讓它成為你的伙伴。

Here you are. And that’s what it is all about. It’s a story. It begins with: Here you are. And let me explain to you why you are here. You are here because the spark of the Divine is in you, and the blessing that this breath comes in and goes out. You are here. How magnificent is that?

你活著，那才是真正的重點。這是一個故事。它的起點是：你活著。讓我向你解釋一下，你為什麼活著。你活著是因為你內在那個神聖的火花。還有進出你體內那口氣的恩賜。你活著，那是多麼美妙啊!

因為你活著

There is one thing that happens that is so incredibly simple. And yet it happens and it happens and it happens and it happens and thank God it happens. And it’s called this breath.

有一件事正在發生，那是不可思議的單純。而它正在發生、發生又發生。謝天謝地，它發生了。這件事就叫做呼吸。

It comes without an appointment, thank God, because if it was only with an appointment then we would take this breath, we would miss it. Many times. “Sorry, I was a little late. I’m having a bad hair day.” But it comes. And it comes without any judgment. It comes when you have been good. And it comes when you have been bad, and it comes when you don’t think about it and it comes when you do think about it.

沒有預約就來了，謝天謝地。若是要預約，我們才能呼吸的話，那麼，我們是會錯過的，而且會錯過很多次。「對不起，我遲到了，我今天心情不好」。但是它來了，沒有批判地來。你行為好，它會來，你行為不好，它也會來。你沒想到它，它會來，你想到它，它也會來。

But just for a second, think about what it brings you. What does it bring you. It brings you life. It comes and it touches you. And you are alive. And because you are alive, there is everything else in the world. Because you’re alive, you can scream. And because you’re alive, you can yell, and because you’re alive, you can stand there and say, “What a wonderful sunset.”

讓我們來想一想，它帶給你什麼？它帶給你什麼呢？它帶給你生命。它來了，它觸及你，而你活著。因為你活著，才有世間這一切。因為你活著，你才能夠尖叫。因為你活著，你才能夠大喊大叫。因為你活著，你才能站在那裡說「日落是多麼美呀！」。

Because you are alive, you can smell a smell and go, “mm, that smells really good,” and because you are alive there’s the color purple and because you’re alive there is the color red and because you’re alive, you can smell the onions frying. Because you’re alive, garlic is good.

因為你活著，你可以聞到香味，然後說「好香啊！」。因為你活著， 才能看到紫色。因為你活著，才能看到紅色。因為你活著，才能聞到洋葱的味道。因為你活著， 蒜頭才是好的 。

But because you are alive, you feel pain. But remember because you are alive, you can feel joy. Because you are alive, there are inconveniences. Because you are alive, there is smooth sailing. Because you are alive, you can go up to the window and look at the rain and go, “When is it going to stop?” What a gift. What a gift.

因為你活著，才能夠經驗到痛苦。但是也要記住，因為你活著，你才能感覺到喜悅。因為你活著，才會有不便之處。因為你活著，才會有順利的航程。因為你活著，你才能夠走到窗前看著雨，說「什麼時候雨才會停呀！」多美妙的禮物。多美妙的禮物呀！
