Something Your Heart Wants
你內心想要的東西
What you’re looking for—that’s, of course, if you’re looking for something—but whatever it is that you’re looking for is within you. Now that’s such a strong statement, and at the same time, a very vague statement. “Whatever it is that I’m looking for is inside of me.’ Well, how do you know what I’m looking for?”你在尋找的．．．當然，假如你是在尋找某個東西，但不論你在尋找的是什麼，它都在你的內在。那是非常有力的一句話，同時也是十分含糊的一句話，「不論我在尋找什麼，都在我內在」。你怎麼知道我在尋找什麼呢？
And so this is the one stage for so many people. “What is it that I need in my life?” Because you see, the word, need, has never been appropriately addressed. We use the word, need, for so many things. “I need this, I need that . . .”
有很多人停留在這個階段，「我一生中需要什麼？」因為「需要」這個字眼，從沒有受到適當的關照。我們將「需要」這個字眼用在很多事情上，「我需要這個，我需要那個」。
So somebody comes along to you and says, “No, no. There is something that your heart needs, there is something that your heart wants.”
有人走向你說「不、不，有樣東西是你內心需要的，有樣東西是你內心想要的」。
Let’s begin with the very first and fundamental step is, you feel your thirst. You have to feel your thirst.
讓我們從最根本的第一步開始，去感受你的渴望，你必須去感受你的渴望。
I had already talked about Knowledge to them, I said, you know, there are . . . there are four techniques that I give, a way to be able to go inside and feel the feeling that is there.
我當時已向他們談到「知識」。我說，我提供四個技巧，一個進入內在的途徑，並感受存在那裡的感覺。
And the simplicity, the simplicity is that there is a want to feel good. There is a need to feel good. And I am here to first of all remind you to get with the program (be part of it) because that’s what your life wants. That’s the thirst. Find it. If you don’t have it, find it. Because if you don’t have that, nothing is going to make sense. Everything is going to be bewildering. “Why am I feeling this way?”
單純之處在於有一份想要感覺很好的需求。我在這裡，首先來提醒你加入其中。因為那是你生命想要的東西。那就是渴望。去找到它吧！假如你沒有渴望，也去找到它吧！因為假如你沒有那個東西，一切就都沒有意義了。
Feel the thirst because without that thirst everything is going to be a big puzzle. “What’s he talking about? What is within me?” See, if you have the thirst, it becomes clear. Hey, I need water. If the well is within me, great. If it isn’t within me, great. Because the point isn’t that. The point is, there is water. And that’s what I need. It just so happens that is within you. It facilitates the process. Wherever you go, water is there. You can satisfy your thirst, you can be quenched.
感受那份渴，因為若是缺乏那份渴，一切都成了大謎團。「他在說什麼？我內在有什麼？」假如你有渴望？一切都變得很清晰。嘿﹗我需要水。假如井在我內在？好極了。假如井不在我內在，也無所謂。因為那不是重點。重點是：有水。水是我所需要的，碰巧就在你內在，它促成整個過程。不論你到何處，都有水。你可以解你的渴，你可以解渴的。
And what I’m trying to say here is very simply, to recognize the thirst, take that first step. Then once you have recognized the thirst, then it starts to make sense, “What is this thing, what is he talking about, what is Knowledge? Why do I need to go within? What will I find within?” You need to feel. You need to begin to feel every step of the way.
我在這裡想要說的，是非常簡單的。去認出那份渴望，踏出第一步，然後一旦你認出了渴望，一切便開始覺得合理了。「這是什麼東西，他在說什麼？『知識』是什麼？」「為何我需要走向內在﹖我會在內在找到什麼﹖」。你需要去感受？你需要開始感受路途中的每一步。
Not starting to take other people’s words for it, but stand on your own feet and feel. Stand on your own feet and say yes or no. Stand on your own feet and say, yes, I like it. No, I don’t like it. Not because it’s written somewhere. That cannot be the stamp of approval. You are alive. You don’t read in a book, “Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.” You breathe. You’re responding to something.
不是開始盲目相信別人的話，而是獨立自主，並且去感受。獨立自主，並且說好或不好。獨立自主，並且說:是的，我喜歡。不，我不喜歡。而不是因為它在某處有記載。記載不可能成為核準的印章。你活著，你不會在書中讀到：「吸氣、呼氣、吸氣、呼氣」你呼吸。是因為你在回應某個東西。
There is a very simple thing that I say and I’ll say it again. Here is Knowledge, here is what I have been talking about, you like it, fine. If you don’t like it, walk. Go your own way. This is for those who want it.
我所說的是十分單純的東西。而我會再說一遍，「知識」就在這裡。這是我一直在談的。你若是喜歡，沒問題。你若不喜歡，走開吧！走你自己的路 這是給那些想要的人的。
So, there’s a lot of good in you. There’s a lot of beauty in you. There’s a lot of joy in you waiting to be discovered. Joy. Peace. Peace. It’s looking for you. Knocking at your door. Open up. And, yes. People come to listen to me again and again, and I like to think that what I say is fairly interesting. It is to me. So . . . and that people benefit.
你內在有很多的好。你內在有很多的美。你內在有很多的喜悅等待被發現。喜悅、和平。和平在尋找你，在敲你的門。開門吧！是的，人們一次又一次聆聽我說話。而我喜歡認為，我所說的話是相當有趣的。對我而言，真是如此，而人們可以受惠。
A content heart is a beautiful thing, folks. When a person starts to wear peace in their lives, it is something else. When a person starts to wear peace, it is divine. You’ve seen a lot of people. You see a lot of models, and you see a lot of beautiful people, and I have seen more beautiful people than any model you will ever see because I have seen people wear peace and that’s the tops. That’s the best. It does not get any better than that.
各位啊！一顆滿足的心是美妙 的。當一個人在生命中開始把「和平」穿在身上時，真的是非凡的。當一個人把「和平」穿在身上時，是神聖的。你見過很多人，你見過很多模特兒，你見過很多美 麗的人，而我見過美麗的人，比你所見的模特兒還要多。因為我見過人們把「和平」穿在身上。那是美之至極。那是最好的。那真是無以倫比。
