Pleasant is when the priority of life is acknowledged and my heart is filled with gratitude.
When I know the friend within,
when my house is built on the foundation of knowing
—not beliefs, wishes, and ideas—it is very, very pleasant.
This is what life is all about—filling yourself with the pleasant, filling yourself with infinite joy.
什麼是令人愉快的？
愉快是指生命的優先次序得以認知、心中充滿感恩之時。
當我認識内在這位朋友時，
當我的房子是以「知道」為基石時，
而不是以信念、願望、觀念為基石時，
那就是愉快之極致。

People want to grow trees of joy,
to plant memories so they can have joy.
But joy is something that is fresh every day,
like a crystal clear spring that wells from the
depths of a human being.
